We used Josh to sell a house in LaPaloma. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the foothills market. He provided excellent advice on pricing the house based on the area, square footage and condition. He made suggestions on improvements needed that could expedite the selling process, due to challenges with the driveway steepness. We were also in contact with his assistant, Amy. Though I'd never met Josh (Waggoner), on the recommendation of a client of his who is a friend of mine, I reached out to him at a time I needed support from a Long agent for a charitable event I was running. It was at that time - in 2010 - I developed a tremendous respect for him. But, until now, I hadn't the opportunity to use his services in a meaningful way, though I was confident recommending him to many of my friends based on that prior interaction.
